RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Terms and conditions of the return of goods/services on SHOSHA App and website are as under:

Goods/items cannot be replaced/returned until and unless you as customer/buyer/user fulfil the following criteria:

  1. The goods are in an unworn and undamaged condition.
  2. The goods should be returned in their original packaging
  3. All refunds for goods/items purchased by you will be subject to inspection by the seller/ vendor and it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.
  4. Goods bought in promotions, discounts or sales will not be eligible for exchange or return.
  5. You should also check before ordering items which are perishable in nature and which are not refundable or cannot be replaced.

Guidelines for return / replacement/ cancellation:

  1. To get Information on eligibility for return/refund/exchange/cancellation of products, send an email to support@shosha.live or contact us at 8826012888 within 7 working days with pictures/videos of the product and defect description.
  2. Complete details regarding order no./ ID with your contact details. We reserve the right to call you to check the details.
  3. After confirming your request, Shosha will send you a confirmation regarding the pick-up of the product within 4 business days and the product will be picked up within 10 business days.

Cancellation post shipment:

In order to cancel any order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on 8826012888, giving complete order details and your contact details.

  1. Orders which are cancelled after dispatch shall be rejected and returned by you without accepting the delivery of the same, as the orders which are dispatched can reach you as the same is in the hands of the courier company.
  2. Complete details regarding order no./ ID with your contact details. We reserve the right to call you to check the details.
  3. After receiving the order back or your cancellation, in case of online payment Shosha will refund your money within 15 business days.

Q: WHAT I CAN RETURN AND WHEN?

  1. You receive a faulty or defective product
  2. You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
  3. Wrong size
  4. Products which you think have been bought wrongly as you don’t want them any more.
  5. The time frame for returns is 14 days once the order is received

Q: WHAT PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED?

  1. Items that have been worn, washed or soiled or damaged;
  2. Once the seal has been broken, electronic items cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty.
  3. Tampered product without an original label, or original packing, or if any part or accessory, free items/ or any gift items are missing.
  4. Products which are strictly marked as non-returnable.
  5. Custom made products.
  6. Brand packaging should be intact;
  7. Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website and app at that time.

To raise a dispute, please send an email to support@shosha.live Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a photograph and a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 48 hours of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 business days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.”
